This Privacy Policy explains how MQL Solutions LLC, doing business as Seamless Growth AI (“we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit softwareisnottheagency.com, purchase, or use the Software Is Not the Agency private reader portal (the “Portal”).

Information you give us. When you purchase or sign in, we collect your email address and the details needed to process your payment and grant access. Payment card details are handled directly by our payment processor; we do not store your full card number.

Information you create in the Portal. Your reading progress, notes, reflection and worksheet answers, and checklist responses are stored locally in your own browser to power your experience. They are not transmitted to us as part of normal use.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and infrastructure providers may collect standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and pages viewed, for security and to keep the Portal working.

2. How we use information

• To process your purchase and grant and maintain your access.
• To send you your access code and account-related messages.
• To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Portal.
• To respond to your questions and provide support.
