Digital Access Notice

This Digital Access Notice explains the nature of what you receive when you purchase the Software Is Not the Agency private reader portal (the “Portal”), offered by MQL Solutions LLC, doing business as Seamless Growth AI (“we,” “us,” or “our”). It is meant to set clear expectations before you buy.

What you receive is digital access

The Portal is delivered entirely digitally. Your purchase provides personal access to the digital book, the streaming audiobook, the Agency Reality Checklist, the resource library and worksheets, and the walkthrough video. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped. To use the Portal you will need your own internet connection, a modern web browser, and a compatible device.

Immediate access

Access begins immediately after your payment is confirmed. You sign in with the email address you used at purchase and a one-time access code sent to that email. Please keep access to that email address, as it is how you sign back in.

Lifetime access, subject to availability

Your one-time payment grants lifetime personal access to the content included at the time of purchase, for as long as we operate the Portal. We may update, add to, or occasionally change or discontinue features or content. We rely on third-party providers for hosting, streaming, and email delivery, and we are not responsible for interruptions caused by those providers.

Personal license, not ownership

Your access is a personal, non-transferable license to read, listen to, and use the content for yourself. It is not a transfer of ownership of the book, audiobook, or other content. Please do not copy, download (except as the Portal allows), reproduce, distribute, resell, or share your access. See our Terms of Use for the full license terms.

Fees and refunds

Because the Portal provides immediate access to protected digital content, all sales are final. See our No-Refund Policy.
