No-Refund Policy

This No-Refund Policy explains how fees and refunds work for the Software Is Not the Agency private reader portal (the “Portal”), offered by MQL Solutions LLC, doing business as Seamless Growth AI (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

All sales are final

The Portal is a digital product that provides immediate access to protected content, including the book, the audiobook, and implementation resources. Because access and the ability to read, listen to, and download ideas from the content begin immediately at purchase, all sales are final and no refunds, returns, or exchanges are offered, except where a refund is required by law.

Why there are no refunds

Unlike a physical product, digital content cannot be returned once it has been accessed. Your one-time payment grants you lifetime personal access to the Portal. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying immediate digital access and you waive any right to a “cooling-off” or cancellation period to the extent the law allows you to do so.

We want you to purchase with confidence. Before buying, you can preview selected excerpts of the book and review exactly what is included on our pricing page. If you are unsure whether the Portal is right for you, please review those materials first, or contact us with any questions.

Billing problems

If you believe you were charged in error, charged more than once, or did not receive access after a successful payment, contact us and we will work with you to correct genuine billing errors.
